The Flatiron Truck was born out of the desire to serve farm to table fine dining in an inexpensive casual environment. We strive to bring the best street food experience to Los Angeles. We are farm-to-street.

Chef/Owner Timothy Mark Abell, brings the best of Los Angeles fine dining to the neighborhood with this unique farm-to-street experience. He has worked in some of the most innovative kitchens in the city including Hungry Cat, Joe’s, Water Grill and the Wilshire. Timothy delivers locally grown California produce, sustainable seafood and fresh meats – all served on paper trays.

You can find The Flatiron Truck at both the Autry farmers market and every other week at the Yamashiro farmers market.
